How it works

The iepirkumi.lv e-procurement system provides a full procurement management cycle in a unified environment. To start working in the system, you need to register and specify the organisation on whose behalf procurements will be announced.

Supplier access information:

Price survey: full procurement information is freely available to all registered system users.
Closed price survey or invitations under framework agreements: information is visible only to suppliers invited to participate by the buyer.

Preparing procurement documentation in the system is simple because our prepared forms include the fields required for the respective procedure. This way you can be confident that all necessary information has been added.

When announcing a procurement, mandatory fields in the system are marked with an asterisk (*). All other fields are optional – you can fill them in as needed.

By choosing a public procurement procedure, your procurement will be published in the iepirkumi.lv public e-procurement database and will be available to more than 15,000 registered suppliers.

The procurement system provides online communication between the buyer and bidders.

Bidder offers prepared in the system can be viewed after the offer submission deadline has passed.

Evaluation functionality is available within the procurement system – you can mark bidder compliance with your qualification, technical and financial requirements. By choosing economic advantage criteria, the system will help assign scores.

Select the winner and announce the decision on awarding the contract.

The completed procurement archive ensures information availability when needed and the ability to create a new procurement using archived procurement information and previously identified bidder contacts.
