SmartLink – automatic publication display on your organisation's website

What is SmartLink?

SmartLink is a solution designed specifically for websites that allows organisations to automatically display procurements on their websites immediately after publishing them in the iepirkumi.lv system.

Create a "Procurements" section on your website, and all published procurements from iepirkumi.lv will automatically appear there as a list.

Website visitors can browse procurements, and by clicking on any of them they will be redirected to iepirkumi.lv where they can register as suppliers and submit offers.

What information can SmartLink display?

The following information will be displayed on the website as a procurement list:

• Procurement subject or title;
• Procurement status, e.g. "Announced";
• Publication date;
• Offer submission deadline.

Compatibility with website platforms

SmartLink works as a universal solution that can be embedded on any website – similar to a YouTube video. Therefore it is compatible with all website platforms.

Your website must support embedding external code – either in a dedicated code field or by editing the page code. Our client consultant will help you with technical questions so you can both receive the necessary code and successfully embed it on your website.

Is SmartLink a free service?

Yes, all clients with a buyer profile on the iepirkumi.lv platform can apply for and receive SmartLink code for embedding on their website at no extra charge.
