To successfully prepare and announce a price survey or market research, you need to:
  • Register in the iepirkumi.lv e-procurement system (organisation and user account),
  • Wait for iepirkumi.lv registration confirmation,
  • Choose the appropriate procurement procedure.

After successful registration and procedure selection, the procurement procedure form must be completed online.

Procurement process components on iepirkumi.lv:
  • Preparing procurement documentation,
  • Publishing on the portal,
  • Inviting participants (if necessary),
  • Sharing information – publishing on your website,
  • Bidder questions and answers module.

By the deadline specified in the procurement regulations, you will receive offers from interested procurement participants.

Procedure for evaluating bidder offers:
  • Bidder compliance with qualification requirements (e.g. experience or absence of tax debts),
  • Bidder offer compliance with technical requirements,
  • Comparison of financial offers,
  • Decision on awarding contract rights,
  • Protocol creation – the system automatically prepares a protocol that can be supplemented as needed,
  • Procurement completion.
