Construction intentions
This section contains aggregated information on registered construction intentions — formal plans to carry out construction work.
Suppliers can use this data to identify upcoming projects and offer their services to those planning to build.
A building permit may be issued when:
- the construction intention complies with the local government territory plan, local plan (if developed) and detailed plan (if required by regulations), except when the construction intention relates to a national interest object;
- the construction intention is agreed with the land plot owner and building owner when construction is planned in an existing building, or the land plot owner is informed when required by regulations;
- a building design in minimum scope has been developed in accordance with construction regulations, except when such a project is not required.
